Qualifications:
• Possession of a valid Security Guard Licence
• Possession of a valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
• 5+ years of experience in the security industry
• 2+ years of experience in a Supervisory/Management role
• Exceptional customer service capabilities
• Ability to understand the Site’s policies and procedures and train his team accordingly
• Ability to supervise/manage a team of security professionals
• Strong written/verbal skills to communicate

• Ability to multitask efficiently with minimal supervision
Duties:
• Leading a team of security guards by demonstrating exceptional knowledge of the Site as well as the security aspects of the job
• Assigning day-to-day duties t tam members (number of patrols, patrolling-areas, etc.)
• Overseeing, analyzing and correcting all aspects of team members’ performance
• Enforcing Company’s Code of Conducts and Employee Policies
• Maintaining constant communication with iGuard’s Management with regards to guards’ performance, Client feedback, Incidents, etc.
• Performing other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
